Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.
Booking & Consultation Policy
All astrology consultations must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
Clients must provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for horoscope readings. Inaccurate details may affect the accuracy of predictions.
Consultation duration will be based on the selected package. Additional time may be charged accordingly.
Once a consultation is booked, the appointment time cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payments must be made in full before the consultation via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
No refunds will be issued for completed consultations.
Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy, and all personal information shared with Kerala Astrologer remains strictly confidential.
Your details will not be shared, sold, or misused.

Limitation of Liability
Astrology is a predictive science, and no guarantees are provided regarding the accuracy of forecasts or outcomes.

Code of Conduct
Users are expected to communicate respectfully with our astrologers and support staff.
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without a refund.
